These terms apply to opening an account, playing games, and making financial transactions on the kkbd2 platform.

General Terms & Definitions
The terms used in this document carry the following meanings:

Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use any gaming service on kkbd2, the user must be 21 years of age or older. 21+ Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited and proof of age may be requested during verification.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name or from the same device, kkbd2 may close them and forfeit the associated balances.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or terminated.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the kkbd2 support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount
The payment methods currently accepted at kkbd2 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, send proof of the transaction to the support team.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
3.3 Verification Process
For large withdrawal amounts, kkbd2 may request additional documents for identity verification. This process is carried out to ensure the security of funds and to prevent money laundering.
3.4 Illegal Transactions
If evidence of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose is found, kkbd2 has the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the relevant authorities.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at kkbd2 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times — this applies only to the bonus amount, not the original deposited funds. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions
- An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus can only be used on designated games — the list of eligible games is available on the platform.
- If a rule violation is proven after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- kkbd2 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
4.4 VIP Program
The kkbd2 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority support.
Gaming Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Policy
kkbd2 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on the platform are secured with SSL encryption and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Use of software bots, automation tools, or any fraudulent software
- Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
- Exploiting game security vulnerabilities or attempting to hack
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- Using a false identity or another person's account
5.3 Game Cancellation & Dispute Resolution
In the event of a technical error or incorrect payout, kkbd2 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the deposited amount. In any dispute, kkbd2's decision shall be considered final. However, an appeal may be made through customer support.
5.4 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, users can place bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. kkbd2 reserves the right to accept or modify bets. If an event is cancelled, the placed bets will be refunded.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
6.1 Suspension by kkbd2
kkbd2 may immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms
- Evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity
- Failure to verify the account or provision of false information
- Extended period of inactivity (as per the applicable policy)
6.2 Closure by the User
Any user may voluntarily close their own account. In this case, the remaining balance (if the wagering conditions have been met) may be withdrawn by the designated method.
6.3 Self-Exclusion

Privacy & Data Protection
kkbd2 gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.

Limitation of Liability
